At White Mountain Foods our mission is a simple one: produce good tasting, minimally processed, non-engineered, additive free, organic when possible, vegetarian and vegan food products. They use no MSG, no preservatives, coloring agents, thickeners, ph modifiers, flavorings or taste or texture enhancers. They use no artificial sweeteners or sweeteners of any kind that depress the immune system, preferring to use honey or organic rice syrup. What is on the label is what is in the food...period. They also do not make any claims on their labels about their food that they cannot personally verify. The final judge for the quality and benefit of their food is our customers, so how their food makes you feel is what is important. Currently White Mountain Foods produces four product lines: 1) Bulgarian yogurt; 2) non-GMO tofu salads and dips; 3) wheat gluten based wheat roast, vegetarian fajitas and BBQ, and 4) vegetarian tamales.
