The Rimel's concept is simple…. healthy, all natural and locally grown. It's the way they have been doing it for 20 years.
They cook everything over Oak, which is milled from their local ranch, and they have all natural ingredients, from the proteins all the way down to the side dishes and desserts.
They own their own ranch, that supplies the wood that they cook on and the meat served which is grass-fed, and Animal Welfare Approved.
They also own the fish company that supplies the bulk of the fish…..long line caught and local whenever possible.
They are a local family owned business that is sustainable and organic whenever possible.
