Dennis McEndree grew up on his grandparent's (Steve and Julia Katona's) 50 acre farm in Marshallville, Ohio. From them he learned the basics of farming and organic gardening and developed a commitment to healthy foods and a balanced environment. He continues to work that land today and has been certified for 13 years The USDA, NOSB and be certified by O.E.F.F.A. (Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association). At Katona's Country Garden ,"We have a strong belief that organic farming allows produce to retain much more of it's natural nutrients and minerals. By feeding the soil with natural fertilizers and organic matter the living microorganisms and antibiotics are preserved.
