The NY Wine and Culinary Center provides hands-on experiences to learn all you can about this thriving viticulture area. Demonstration kitchen, exhibit hall, outdoor garden, private dining, retail shop, tasting room and Taste of NY Lounge. Restaurant and classes are based on seasonal local foods, wines and beers. Tastings of wine and beers from all regions of New York State. Summer hours for Tasting Room & Culinary Boutique listed above. Upstairs Bistro opens at 11:30am and closes later. Winter hours for Tasting Room & Culinary Boutique: Monday - Wednesday, 11am - 3pm Thursday - Saturday, 11am - 8pm Sunday*, 11am - 5pm *Tasting Room opens at Noon on Sundays Winter Hours for the Upstairs Bistro: Monday & Tuesday, CLOSED Wednesday & Thursday, 11:30am - 8pm Friday & Saturday, 11:30 - 9pm Sunday, 11:30am - 4:30pm
