Acacia Bistro and Wine Bar is Van Ness' latest addition to the health conscience culinary explosion sweeping the nation. Acacia uses primarily organic and natural ingredients selected from local growers in many dish. Known primarily for its wide variety of wines that compliment its Mediterranean cuisine, fresh fruit smoothies at lunch time, around outside dining patio, and inside contemporary dining room with a fully stock bar. Acacia provides the perfect environment for an intimate night out for two or great gathering place for a group of friends. As a small family owed business we try to support other small businesses by using locally grown organic/sustainable farming produce, as well as supporting artisanal cheese & beer makers from around the country.
