Gather supports local food producers and source all of their ingredients carefully, with an unwavering commitment to choosing foods that are cultivated safely, justly and sustainably. They meticulously research their sources to ensure they know where the food comes from and how it is raised. They make certain that the farmers and their workers who bring the gifts of each harvest are fairly compensated. They go beyond organic. Focusing on the sweet spot of each season, they utilize fruits and vegetables at their peak.

The menu is 50% vegetarian (with many vegan options) and 50% meat and fish. They create the highest quality house-cured charcuterie, mouth-watering crudo (raw) creations, and innovative artisanal cuisine drawing on old-world culinary techniques. The bar is stocked with all biodynamic and organic California wines chosen by Wine Spectator award winner Christie Dufault, and we feature an exciting complement of cocktails and spirits distilled from wholly organic grains.
