About Baker and Spice

Throughout the day in the Hillsdale shop, they bake everything from scratch in small batches. They use their own recipes, traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients: European-style butter, Belgian chocolate and seasonal produce from local, organic farms. Our small batch philosophy and attention to quality are values shared by friends whose farms provide us with local, seasonal and mostly organic product: Gathering Together Farm, Your Kitchen Garden, West Union Gardens, Deep Roots, Baird Family farms, Viridian Produce and Creative Growers. Supporting other local business is a priority for us too.
