Welcome to Browder’s Birds Pastured Poultry Farm! Now Certified Organic!!! For the 2011 season, we are pleased to announce that Browder's Birds will be offering its pastured poultry and eggs on the North Fork through our on farm CSA in Southold. We will also be at the Westhampton Beach Farmers Market every Saturday from May 28th – early November. We are very excited about giving you the opportunity to enjoy our pastured, local, healthy, delicious and now Certified Organic meat chickens. Our experiment with the slower growing, darker meat, smaller breasted, wonderfully tasty Red Broilers was a big success last year, so we’ve decided to make them a permanent part of our chicken selection this year. We will be adding a small flock of laying hens to our farm this spring and we look forward to offering our customers fresh eggs from our pastured hens.
