Since opening in 1994, we have been an Anchorage pioneer in incorporating a wide selection of organic and locally sourced products as seasonality and availability allows. We always prepare our food fresh daily and made to order, with loving attention to quality and presentation. We serve exclusively organic K-Bay Caffe coffee, roasted fresh by our friend Michael McGuire in Homer, and made artfully in gorgeous porcelain cups! Our fresh juice and smoothie bar rocks, and we never add ice as filler! Middle Way also embraced gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian options, and you will find many wholesome items from our bakery and our breakfast and lunch menus to choose from. We offer an award-winning breakfast and lunch served seven days a week, including what was voted as best eggs benedict in town by the Anchorage Daily News.
