Vegetable Husband offers a weekly variety of fresh-picked, local, organic produce delivered to your door. I believe in a balanced weekly diet and try very hard to find it in our local fields, even if it means driving to several farms to get what we need. We also enjoy a fruit every week when something is in season and available. While it is a challenge sometimes to eat primarily local, it draws us all closer to our neighbors and our environment. I think about the snow, rain, sunshine and cold and how it all affects my diet now. Join me, won’t you? Please take a look at the delivery area map and see if you are in the service area. If there is any question about your community, feel free to send a subscription request and we will let you know. You are welcome to try the service for one week to see if the amount works for you at the rate of $35 and then we only require a 4-week prepaid subscription to continue. Four weeks of service at $140 and you will have local, organically grown produce arriving each week at your door. Currently we only offer deliveries on Wednesday afternoons and many times our afternoons turn into evenings. Please be patient. Goodness will arrive in its own time. Many times nature has its own schedule for us and we are just playing along. We all live busy lives so you are always able to suspend your service once during any four week period. This can be due to travel, a hectic week with little room to cook, or just a week full of dinner dates! Just be sure to fill out the suspend/renew request before Monday morning of the week in question. Once orders have been placed with the farmers, they are planning for you.
