Full Circle Organic Farm is an OCIA-certified USDA organic farm. We have organic certified lamb and a CSA. The farm produces USDA organic, grass-fed, ethically-raised lambs of superior genetic and culinary quality. After years of around-the-clock attention to more details than we can possibly describe, our world-class USDA organic lamb is available to the public. It is being served by renowned chefs at fine restaurants, it is being stocked at select artisan markets and retailers, and it is available for sale on the website. The CSA will include seasonal vegetables and herbs. Over 40 varieties of vegetables and herbs to include, but not limited to: tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, basil, onions, cilantro, egg plant, summer and winter squash, red skin potatoes, mint, dill, peas, beans, tarragon, chives, watermelon, peppers (three bell types and some south of the border ones), sugar snap peas, radish, Howell melon, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, catnip and some rosemary for remembrance. This is not the complete list but it should give you the general idea of our type of CSA.
