The Red Devon was founded with a mission to support local agriculture and the farmers who practice it. Our seasonal menu offers the freshest local and sustainable foods. Owners Julia and Nigel Widdowson have long been active in environmental causes as well as land conservancy. They created Red Devon in part to showcase the seasonal and sustainably grown foods from farms in the local area. They also constructed the restaurant using the most cutting-edge, eco-conscious standards.
