Fraiche is a small cafe serving fresh, homemade, organic yogurt and frozen yogurt. They also serve Blue Bottle coffee and organic baked goods. You can choose from three basic yogurt flavors to cover with a selection of fresh toppings: fat-free natural, 98% fat free valrhona chocolate and 99% fat free, lactose-free soy. The probiotic culture survives the freezing process, so you'll enjoy all the same health benefits with their frozen yogurt as you would with their fresh yogurt. All of their European-style yogurts are made in-house from scratch, using local Clover organic milk and a special probiotic-focused culture. They don't use additives, preservatives, gelatins, colorings or even sugar. They also serve organic coffee roasted by Blue Bottle, an Oakland micro-roaster that is consistently voted among the best in the country.
