Snap Kitchen uses organic ingredients as often as possible, but organic is just one of many characteristics they use to evaluate the food they buy. Ultimately, they attempt to obtain the highest quality food from as close to them as possible by supporting local vendors. Additionally, they recognize that some purveyors that aren't certified organic use responsible, sustainable methods in their production practices. Therefore, as their customer, you can take comfort in knowing that what they bring into their kitchen are ingredients they feel strongly about and have researched extensively.
