About Gracias Madre
Gracias Madre serves organic, vegan, Mexican cuisine. The majority of their produce is grown at their own organic, biodynamic Be Love Farm in Pleasants Valley, including the non-GMO varieties of heirloom corn used to make their handmade tortillas and tamales.
They believe that eating local, organic food prepared simply is medicine for both the body and spirit. The hope the emphasis they place on the sourcing of their food will raise awareness in the community of the importance of sustainability and of buying and selling locally grown, organic food.
