Clinton Falls Farm is home to 28 acres of fertile fields, pristine pasture and wild woodlands nestled in a historic river valley 45 minutes south of the Twin Cities. We manage these precious resources purposefully, and are dedicated to sustainable agriculture. We are deeply rooted in our commitment to ensuring a healthy environment, a vibrant local community and a successful family farm. We grow and offer a bountiful supply and several varieties of fruits, vegetables, fresh eggs and cut flowers at area farmers’ markets, as well as through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program in and around the Twin Cities, Owatonna, Faribault and Mankato. Whether you select a large or small share, you will receive 18 weeks of the freshest in-season varieties, including (but not limited to) mixed spring greens and strawberries, summer melons and heirloom tomatoes, as well as fall root vegetables and winter squash. Additionally, we’ll provide the staples, including many varieties of herbs, carrots, onions and potatoes, as they become available. We also like to include interesting new items that perhaps you've not had a chance to try before. Your CSA membership also includes a weekly newsletter describing your share contents and providing recipes and nutritional information, as well as an open invitation to visit the farm for special events or bulk quantities of produce for canning and preserving.
