About Mhonpaj’s Garden CSA

Mhonpaj’s Garden is featuring a 16-week CSA, offering over 25 varieties of organic vegetables. The practice of certifed organic farming starts at the seed selection process and the fertility of the soil. As a family farm that started 10 years ago, we preserve heirloom varieties passed down from Hmong generations and incorporate creative classes on how to cook your vegetable. We host events throughout the community with participation of CSA members to share recipes and find healthy ways of cooking. We do three main demonstrations at Mill City Museum and Roseville Arboretum. We also sell and grow organic transplants. We enjoy having our CSA volunteers help with seeding beds, harvesting and enjoying our farm with us. We are excited to share heirloom varieties of beans, cilantro, tomatoes, eggplants and many more. Our gardening season begins in mid-June and runs through mid-October. Each delivery will include 6 to 10 different veggies. We include over 50 varieties of vegetables and herbs. As an organic farm we will have this year heirloom varieties of tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, greens, lettuce, potatoes, squash, cabbage, radish, turnips, snap peas, spinach and many more. This CSA is unique because we will include exotic Asian greens, vegetables and herbs, along with your lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, squash, herbs and more. We have three locations as drop-sites in Minneapolis, Roseville and White Bear Lake, or visit us at the St. Paul Farmers’ Market. As a local member, you get fresh certified organic vegetables delivered the next day from the garden.
