In addition, since not every cheese goes well with quince paste, they pair each cheese with a specific accompaniment. They work with different seasonal ingredients to compose the perfect condiment, including a variety of honeys, brittles, compotes, curds, pickles, purées, pestos, candies, cookies, and cakes.
