Bolete believes that the integrity of a restaurant's ingredients defines its food. The farm-fresh menu changes daily to reflect the freshest of what's around. There are not many restaurants left where you know that the Chef is always in the kitchen and not just as an expeditor, but making your dinner from beginning to end. Meals at Bolete are meant to be an experience. The food is prepared entirely in house. There are no short cuts. Every component is carefully selected and prepared at Bolete. The staff makes all their own stocks, sauces, and pastas, and they butcher and smoke their own fish and meats. A tavern menu is also available as a lighter, more casual dining option.
