The Factory Gastrobar uses traditional Spanish techniques and ingredients to give our menu a Mediterranean flair with a farm-to-table menu of daily-harvested foods that makes the Factory’s cuisine uniquely Californian, and more than just super yummy! We care about where we get our ingredients and how our food is grown, ranched, processed and delivered. From happy cows to community gardens, the Factory is proud to serve you the very best in local dining. The Factory’s beer and wine selection comes from local brewers and winemakers. The territory stops at the Colorado Rockies and picks back up in Spain for a brief visit to for its Tempranillo, Sherry, Cava and Estrella Damm beer from Barcelona. We support small craft brewers and independent family owned wineries. Our list in enhanced with regular events ranging from beer festivals, wine and food pairings, meet the brewer and winemaker nights to our food menu in which many of these craft beverages are use to flavor a variety of dishes.
