About Fuel Cafe
Their goal is to source the highest quality ingredients while at the same time being conscientious about affordability. They always use organic, free range eggs (sometimes from our own chickens), the waffle and pancake mixes, biscuits, and cookies are scratch made with mostly organic ingredients. They make everything in house including sauces, dressings, soup, & chili. The sandwich breads and bagels are locally sourced as well as some of the seasonal produce. They use organic ingredients whenever possible because they believe what you put into your body matters!
