About Homegrown
The goal at Homegrown is not only to create sandwiches out of sustainable ingredients, but to make sandwich creation sustainable in and of itself. This goes beyond using fresh, sustainable ingredients in their gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups. Homegrown strives for sustainability as a local business from the green materials they print and serve on, to their 100% compostable and recyclable packaging materials.
They consider our environmental impact for every ingredient choice, often between two competing theories: eating organic and eating local. Be sure to visit their site for a full account of their sourcing.
