High Noon Cafe serves Jackson's best organic, vegan and vegetarian cuisine made fresh from scratch five days a week for your dining pleasure. All of the cafe's lunch faire and deli foods are prepared without the use of trans-fats, hydrogenated oils, MSG, meat, or genetically modified organisms. The cafe uses only cold-pressed organic oils and USDA certified organic dairy products. They strive to use certified organic ingredients in all of their High Noon creations, but due to location, certified produce can be limited. In these cases, local organic and non-organic produce is substituted. Organic and Natural foods. This one of a kind cafe caters to the natural and organic food lover.
