Sweet Melissa has a wide variety of tortes, cheesecakes, tarts and delectable goodies all made from the finest of ingredients. They use organic eggs, butter, milk and cream, and everything is made daily on premise. No vats of pre-made buttercreams here!

To meet the needs of their guests, they have tweaked some favorite recipes and are now rolling out new vegan and gluten free treats daily. Be sure to look for cupcakes, cookies and brownies in the coming weeks. They are made with soy flour, rice flour, tofu and smart balance butter substitute.
