About Epiphany Cafe

New American Farm To Table Cuisine. Located in historic Downtown Tuscaloosa the restaurant is in an old building of which one half was a shoe store and the other half a department store. The restaurant features vaulted brick archways, high ceilings, one-hundred year old hardwood floors, and some local artwork as well. The dining room features a full bar with a great selection of liquors as well as as beers. The dining room seats a total of ninety to one hundred and is broken down into two open sections: with the front room seating thirty and the back seating sixty. Additionally the bar seats about twenty-two. The cuisine Is Progressive New American with a strong emphasis on Local and Regional Ingredients. The Menu changes frequently. Some of the ingredients we use frequently and believe strongly in are: Bell and Evans Chicken, North Carolina Free Range Chicken, Berkshire Pork, Duroc Pork, Painted Hills Beef, Straube Ranch American Kobe Beef, Snake River Farms American Kobe, All Natural Hereford Beef, Kobe Beef America, Gulf Shrimp, New Bedford Massachusetts Scallops, and other fresh seafood. The main focus on selecting these ingredients is on where they came from, how they were raised, and of course taste. Epiphany also uses local produce when possible as well as produce from other reputable providers. All menus and ingredients are selected by Executive Chef Tres Jackson. Lunches & Sundays available by appointment?.
