Doorstep Farmers provides a convenient and fresh twist on the increasingly popular idea of community supported agriculture (CSA). Rather than receiving a limited variety of produce from one farm, Doorstep Farmers serves as the connection between the community in Contra Costa County and multiple local organic farms. In this way they are able to ensure their CSA members receive a wide variety of delicious and nutritionally diverse fruits and vegetables. After the farms freshly harvest their produce, it is transported to their local hub in Pacheco where the produce is packaged into 1 of 4 different size boxes (you choose the size that is best for you) and then they drop them off at their member’s doorsteps once a week or once every other week - whichever works best for your family.
