Their East side cafe opened in 2000 and helped revitalize the East Nashville neighborhood. The café features signature coffee drinks using coffee from their sister company Bongo Java Roasting Co. and a menu of home-style breakfast and lunch items.
Their coffee is 100% organic, bought directly from small-farmer cooperatives under the terms of Fair Trade. They serve a full line of pastries and a not-so-basic sandwich menu in addition to the fresh coffee. They buy as much organically produced foods and coffee from regional producers as is practical.
