In addition to our breads, we invite you to try our excellent pastries and desserts. Our products are baked fresh daily 6 days a week, sometimes several times a day. We acquire our ingredients from producers in Colorado to avoid excess transportation and emissions of greenhouse gases. Respecting seasonal production is also one of the ways we diminish our carbon footprint; out-of-season fruits have to travel farther distances to reach our bakery.
