All of our products are certified organic by CCOF - organic ingredients cannot be exposed to chemicals or pesticides – gentle on the body and the earth. Currently, organic, kosher pareve, soy free, dairy free, peanut free, treenut free chocolate chips do not exist, when they do, we will get them. We only use organic whole grain brown rice flour. We are certified kosher pareve by Kehilla Kosher. All of our menu items are free of dairy, casein, peanuts, gums, gluten, wheat, soy, treenuts, transfats, and preservatives. Note that not all items are baked every day, and there may be a slightly limited selection on Mondays and Tuesdays.
