Pasture Fresh Meats CSA, originally Green Beef CSA, offers beef, pork and lamb raised on and shipped in from their family farm in Missouri. They are dedicated to sustainable farming practices, but live in San Diego where they offer shares of meat through the CSA.
The Kubitschek family has been raising grass-fed beef on their 7 Springs Farm in Missouri since 1968. As an Animal Welfare Approved farm, they are fully dedicated to sustainable agriculture. raising their cows, lambs and hogs on quality grass pasture year round, never confined in a feed lot. They do not finish their animals on corn. Their grazing animals are 100 percent grass-fed and finished. They do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizer on their pasture, never give their animals growth hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
