In addition to cheese we also produce goat milk fudge. Our fudge is creamier and slightly less sweet than other fudge you may have tried so stop by the farmer's market for a sample. We are also seasonally offer chevon (goat meat).The meat is a natural by product of our dairy and our young bucks are raised with love on browse, hay and a small amount of organic grain. We use herbal and homeopathic wormers and medicines only when needed so the meat is as healthful as possible. Chevon is one of the healthiest red meat available and is leaner than chicken, low in cholesterol, and higher in protein than beef. As much as possible we use organic oils and essential oils to fragrance the soaps along and shea butter and clay for moisture and deep cleaning. If you have never tried goat milk soap you will be surprised at how soothing and gentle it is to the skin. Whether you like a pure unscented soap or prefer an exotic combination of essential oils and herbs you will find something to please. We also have soaps suitable for both dry and oily skin.
