All of our profits go to the Greyston Foundation's work, providing jobs, employment, affordable housing and health care to the underprivileged. We bake GMO free, Certified Organic, sugar-free, Certified Kof-K Kosher products. All of Greyston's products are certified Kof-K (Dairy) under the supervision of the Kof-K. • "We don't hire people to bake brownies; we bake brownies to hire people" • The bakery will strive to be a model for inner-city business development committed to Southwest Yonkers. Besides the bakery, our products are also sold online and in stores in several states.
