About Boucher Family Farm
Boucher Family Farm is owned and operated by two brothers and their spouses, and has been in the family for 12 generations. The Bouchers make quality farmstead cheeses from their dairy cows, specializing in their delicious Green Mountain Blue Cheese, which has won a prize for the best Farmstead Cheese from the American Cheese Society. Their herd of over 100 cows includes the Normandy variety, traditionally raised for cheese production in France. All Boucher Family Farm cows are fed a 100% vegetarian diet, and are never given hormones or antibiotics. In addition to cheese, the Bouchers also produce their own line of fresh sausages and sell beef, turkey, chicken, and eggs. The meat is available from the farm, and at the Burlington Farmer's Market. Green Mountain Blue Cheese, as well as the Boucher's other cheese varieties are sold there in the summer and at area stores year round.Near This Listing
