At Pilar’s Tamales, we use only the freshest ingredients for our Salvadoran cuisine, including organic, locally-grown produce and antibiotic-free and hormone-free meats. All of our stocks, salsa, sauces, and salads are homemade. We are also well known for our numerous vegan and vegetarian dishes, and most of our foods are gluten-free. Pilar’s Tamales has three branches, catering, a seasonal tamale cart, and the year-round café located on West Liberty between Stadium and South Maple.
