Although Frita Batidos is very casual, it is vitally important to us to maintain the highest standards and aspirations for taste, quality and creativity. The menu follows the seasons and the key ingredients are sourced from local farmers and purveyors. All beef, pork, chicken and turkey is locally sourced from small, humane farms – cheese, produce and other ingredients are sourced from Michigan or the Mid-West whenever possible.
