About Logan
Logan is the result of our three owners' desire to establish in Ann Arbor an elegant, contemporary restaurant based on Chef Thad Gillies' interpretation of "New American" cuisine. Chef Thad says that they try to find it local first. He says that all their meat and dairy are local and during the summer Cassidy Farm grows all their organic heirloom tomatoes.
