Eco Caters serves only organic cuisine. Their entire product list is sourced from local organic farms and ranches that practice sustainable, humane, pesticide-free farming. They buy direct from the farm to guarantee the most seasonal product. If a menu item is unable to be located locally, additional menu options are presented to their clients. If it is not in season they will not serve it. They serve the freshest product at the market. Not only do they source our product from local farms, but they also taste the product raw before purchasing to ensure the best ingredients available. They use biodegradable products, and purchase from fair trade farms. In addition to conscious consumption, a portion of their proceeds is donated to organizations that support renewable energy and a sustainable lifestyle.
