Röckenwagner staff performs local zero-emission deliveries on a used bicycle from a local Salvation Army – even the shelf installed on the bicycle was made by the owner from scrap wood. 80% of the produce ingredients used in their menu are purchased by staff on foot at the farmers' market a few feet away. All boxes are returned to the farmers to reuse. They serve a delicious organic Austrian coffee along with USDA certified organic milk and creamers.
