We are not certified organic, but we do follow organic guidelines and are inquiring about the certification process. Our cattle have been humanely raised on our 330 acre ranch and are pasture raised, free range, and grass-fed. They feed on grass only year round and are never fed grain. Our cattle are not given antibiotics, growth hormones or parasitic wormers and we do not use chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides on our pastures. Grass-fed beef is significantly leaner, is an abundant source of natural CLA and is an excellent source of Omega 3. Due to the inhumane slaughterhouse process experience we decided to sell beef instead. Our animal can be humanely and individually processed by our request, inspection, and appointment at a small family owned local market in business for 38 years. We will sell as whole, halves, or quarters only. We require a non-refundable deposit on all our orders prior to processing. If you are interested in grass-fed beef please call or email.
