Chimichurri Grill is an Argentine steakhouse that combines modern cooking techniques with traditional Argentine quality ingredients in order to put a “nuevo” (new) spin on our country’s cuisine. In our steakhouse we serve only all natural, grass-fed beef, which we believe to be the proper healthy alternative to the corn-fed meat which finds its way onto so many restaurant plates today. Chef Carlos personally procures every single item to be cooked and served at Chimichurri Grill, and makes all of our sauces, pastas, and desserts in-house, in keeping with the traditions of the best Argentine “parrilla” (grill) restaurants. In addition, Alicia personally selects the wine we serve in order to ensure good value, great quality and total compatibility with all our homemade dishes.
