The Floridian restaurant offers locals and visitors alike a seasonal menu that has a full selection of farm fresh ingredients every day. They serve dishes that reflect the cuisine of our regional southern heritage with a bit of a new twist. The list of menu items changes according to what is growing in the fields and swimming in our local waterways. Chefs and owners Genie Kepner, Jeff McNally, and Patricia McLemore believe they can best support their community by purchasing ingredients locally and do their part to promote the sustainability and growth of our region’s agriculture by using what’s in-season.
