The Butcher & Larder
About The Butcher & Larder
The mission of The Butcher & Larder is to be Chicago’s first sustainable, all whole animal butcher shop. They custom cut meat from animals that are responsibly raised on small, Midwestern family farms. The beef at Butcher and Larder comes from Quarter Circle 7 Ranch (grass fed from Marengo, IL) and Deitzler Farms (grass-fed, non-gmo grain finished from Elkhorn WI). The pigs are from Slagel farm in Fairbury, IL. Lamb from Pin Oak Ridge Farm in WI and chicken, duck and rabbit from Gunthorp Farm in Indiana.Near This Listing
