About Momofuku Noodle Bar
Momofuku Noodle Bar was the first Momofuku restaurant. It serves ramen and a roster of dishes that changes daily and with the seasons. They source their ingredients from local, sustainable and/or responsible farmers as often as possible.
Noodle Bar only takes reservations for the fried chicken meal for 4-8 people, and only online. Otherwise, Noodle Bar is a walk-in only restaurant.
Momofuku's pork buns originated here. the restaurant also serves slushies and soft serve.
