Village Bistro strives to offer the finest and freshest local ingredients in a culturally diverse menu that reflects the personality of the South Bay. Produce and meats are sourced from local farms (organic when available) and are featured prominently on their menu. Their wine list is a force to be reckoned with; 280 full bottles and 80-90 half-bottles, 25 wines by the glass and four wine flights are all available. The wine program specializes in small production wineries (2000 cases or less) from around the world, with a focus on local California wines.
