Taco Truck brings an environmental mind to the core of our food service by using the freshest organic and all-natural ingredients. Our beef, chicken and pork are raised on a vegetarian diet without hormones and antibiotics. We have partnerships with various food purveyors in the area that provide locally grown and all-natural chicken, beef, and pork. All locations are eco-friendly in every way, including LEED-certification for their store locations. Food waste and to-go packaging is composted.
