Blenheim Hill Farm is an historic farm in the foothills of the Catskills mountains. At nearly 2000 feet above sea level, the land features forests of maple trees, stone walls for raising pigs, rolling pastures for cows and sheep, and a spring-fed lake, an ample source of water. Blenheim Hill was founded by Morten Sohlberg and Min Ye, owners of the Smorgas Chef restaurant group in New York City in order to provide the freshest, tastiest and most responsibly produced food for the restaurant's guests.
