At LeQuy, the owners aim to bring authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the table. All of their sauces and broth are made from scratch with many spices and herbs that are high in antioxidants. They do not use MSG or color additives, and they offer an extremely wide range of gluten-free dishes. They use fruits and vegetables from local farms, bought weekly at the farmers' market in town. And they only use free-range chickens for your meals. All meat is USDA approved.
