We serve an eclectic menu of fresh, homemade foods, supporting local and organic purveyors. We offer something for every palate – including a variety of fantastic gluten-free menu items. While we take pride in offering high quality meats, poultry and seafood when available, vegetarians and vegans will also find delicious, creative dishes to savor and enjoy. Our meats are humanely raised, vegetarian fed, hormone & antibiotic-free, and locally produced whenever possible. Our eggs, milk, salad greens, fresh herbs & some seasonal vegetables are local. We have a great wine selection and some really delicious locally brewed beers. DISH Bistro Restaurant also serves homemade desserts and fair trade organic coffee, teas and espresso drinks!
