Located in Shelby County, KY, Quarles Farm is a family operated enterprise concentrating on producing quality meats and produce for the local communities. Quality Angus cross cattle are raised from birth on clover/grass pastures. Humanely treated, they are tended daily by Quarles family members. Grass fed and grain supplemented, the beef is a quality product with a fine gourmet flavor. Beef can be purchased both from the farm and the Lexington Farmers' Market and Louisville's Douglass Loop Farmers' Market. The farm also raises a wide variety of produce which is also used to make their salsas, relishes, chutneys, jams, jellies and baked goods.
