Lilly’s pizza is made from dough containing only 100% Certified Organic and Kosher stone-milled, whole-wheat, flour from Lindley Mills in Graham. Their tomato sauce is prepared with only organic veggies and organic vine-ripened tomatoes. The vast majority of vegetable toppings are Certified Organic from Melvin’s Gardens in Rocky Ford and from Blue Sky Farms in Wendell. Meat toppings are cut fresh to order and contain no antibiotics, hormones, coloring agents, or preservatives, sourced from Cliff’s Meat Market in Carrboro. Lastly, their rich mozzarella contains both buffalo and cow’s milk, and is BVGH free. The entire menu is available for delivery, including beverages, starting at 11 a.m. daily. Lilly's will work with you to customize a pie if you have dietary restrictions, or if you are vegetarian or vegan.
